Delivery of services on Booking System
Due to high demand, a refund will only be available for 12 hours of your booking.
This is because you have filled a slot that we can no longer commit elsewhere.
After which your Deposit/Full Payment will be no longer refundable.
For emergency refunds within 12 hours. Please request this on the Contact page via our Contact Form.
Liability
If the services you receive are not what you ordered, defective or the incorrect (example; Software, quantity of Microphones etc) please contact us and we can adjust pricings or discuss refunds if any admin errors on our part.
Refund or do a partial refund at our own discretion.
We make sure that all our services and equipment are in excellent condition, sanitary and GDPR safe before they are used to you.
We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill).
We are not responsible in anyway for the success or failures of your business or business structures.
We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the products in question.

Events beyond our control: we shall have no liability for any failure to deliver services you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any times, dates, commitments delivered that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control. This includes without limitation to, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident.
Returns Procedure
Bowyers Studio should be notified within 12 hours of receipt of your order of any part that is unsatisfactory.
Note: No additional compensation will be available on services returned digitally other than that already stated, as Bowyers Studios are not responsible for any costs or losses incurred after costs of goods and returned postage.

Unauthorized copying or replication of any part of this site will be deemed as theft and appropriate action will be taken & having spent much time creating this store, we will endeavour to protect our efforts.
